Tracking and receiving

How recipients track an AirJIT parcel, inspect at collect, and confirm delivery so held J1USD can release to the traveler and any Host used.

6 min read · English

AirJIT tracking is trip-based, not a courier barcode network. The shipment screen follows the traveler’s listed flight and status updates — including each leg if the parcel relays through a hub or Host.

What shippers should share with recipients

  • How to open or view the shipment in the AirJIT app
  • Who will meet them: traveler, Host, or doorstep driver
  • That they must inspect before tapping confirm
  • That confirmation releases J1USD — it is not a courtesy tap

At the receiving handoff

  1. Match the person or Host to the booking.
  2. Photograph the parcel as received.
  3. Check weight, seal, and contents against the listing if inspection was agreed.
  4. Confirm delivery in the app only if the parcel matches.
  5. If it does not match, refuse confirmation and start a dispute with photos.

Multi-leg receiving

On a relay, an intermediate Host is not the final recipient. Final confirmation belongs to the person named to receive the goods. Intermediate confirmations only close that hop so the next traveler can be paid for their leg.
