How to add travel docs

Upload booking proof, tickets, and identity documents in the AirJIT app so your listed flights can be trusted before parcels and J1USD holds attach.

5 min read · English

Travel docs show that the itinerary you listed is real. Shippers lock J1USD against that trip. Fake or expired proof wastes everyone’s time and can close your account.

What to upload

  • Airline booking confirmation or boarding pass with your name, dates, and flight numbers
  • Identity document requested by verification (passport for many international routes)
  • Visa or electronic travel authorization when the corridor asks

How to add them

  1. Open Account → Verification or the prompt on your trip.
  2. Photograph the full page or PDF screenshot with readable text.
  3. Match the name to your AirJIT profile.
  4. Attach docs to the correct trip when the app offers a trip-level upload.
  5. Wait for status. Do not accept parcels on a still-rejected itinerary.

Privacy

Upload inside the app. Do not send passport images to a shipper’s personal chat. If someone asks for that, report them.
