AirJIT travelers are passengers on real tickets, not anonymous cargo agents. Eligibility protects shippers, Hosts, and you at the border.
Typical requirements
- You are old enough to travel internationally on your own documents where the route requires it
- You complete in-app identity verification
- You hold a valid ticket and any visas or ESTA/eTA the route needs
- You can legally accept the contents you book
- You can communicate in English for handoffs and support as documented here
You should not list if
- You do not actually have a ticket yet
- Your airline forbids the item type (common with spare lithium batteries)
- You cannot inspect the parcel
- You intend to hand the bag to another passenger who is not on the booking
Corridor extras
Some city pairs ask for extra document checks before you can accept parcels. Complete them in the app. Hosts in that city may also require you to collect from their facility rather than a curb.
