Managing your AirJIT travel

Understand AirJIT travel statuses, juggle multiple parcels on one itinerary, and update the app when a trip is active so payouts stay aligned with reality.

Your travel listing has statuses (draft, open, booked, in progress, completed, cancelled). Parcels attached to it have their own statuses. Manage both so a shipper is not staring at a green trip that you already rebooked.

One itinerary, several bookings

A return or multi-city trip can carry different parcels on different legs. Open the specific leg before you collect. Delivering a parcel in the wrong city because you mixed bookings is a dispute, not a small mistake.

During the journey

  1. Mark collect complete with photos.
  2. Update if you miss a connection — Hosts exist for this.
  3. Do not check the bag to a different final destination than the listing without an in-app change.
  4. Complete delivery confirmation with the recipient or Host.

Statuses and J1USD

A booking stays commercially open until delivery, refusal, or a resolved dispute. Do not assume a cancelled flight automatically released the shipper’s J1USD hold — update the trip so the product can unwind or reroute.
