Pakikipag-usap sa mga traveler

Mga best practice sa in-app chat sa AirJIT travelers: oras ng handoff, inspection photos, Host meetups, at kung ano ang hindi dapat ilipat palabas ng platform.

5 minutong basahin

After a booking is confirmed, coordinate in the AirJIT thread attached to that shipment. The thread is the evidence trail for inspection, timing, and disputes. Keep it complete and civil.

What to confirm in chat

  • Exact meeting point (terminal, Host facility name, or booked doorstep address)
  • Time window tied to the real flight, not a vague “morning”
  • Who holds the parcel if a delay hits — you, the traveler, or a Host
  • Whether the recipient or a Host will collect at the other end

What not to do

  • Do not ask the traveler to skip inspection
  • Do not send extra identity documents that the app did not request
  • Do not pay customs or “priority” fees to a personal wallet
  • Do not switch to WhatsApp or Telegram to finish the deal

Tone and timing

Travelers are boarding aircraft. Reply with clear, short updates. If your plans change, say so immediately so the traveler can decline or reroute through a Host instead of waiting at a gate.
