How to Re-List Your Travel after changes on AirJIT

Steps to efficiently re-list your travel plans

Criteria for Re-Listing Travel

You may need to re-list your travel if you have cancelled your previous travel plan due to:

  • Major schedule changes (e.g., more than 24-hour delay)
  • Route changes or new destinations
  • Significant alterations to your travel plans that affect shipments

Steps for Re-Listing Travel

If you choose to re-list your travel after cancellation:

  1. Log In: Access your AirJIT account.
  2. Navigate to the Travel Tab: Go to the "Travel" section from your dashboard.
  3. Select the Travel Plan: Choose the travel plan you wish to re-list.
  4. Edit Travel Details: Update any necessary information such as new destinations, routes, or schedules.
  5. Re-List Travel: Submit the updated travel plan to create a new listing.

By re-listing, you can retain your previous travel details, making it easier to set up your new travel plan and accept new shipments.

Retaining Previous Travel Details

When you select "Cancel and Re-List," your previous travel details will be saved, including:

  • Travel destinations and routes
  • Trip details and schedules
  • Luggage space and Shop On-Demand budget

This helps streamline the re-listing process, allowing you to quickly set up your new travel plan with minimal effort.

Communicating Changes to Shippers

Effective communication is crucial during re-listing:

  1. Inform Shippers Promptly: Notify shippers about any cancellations and the new travel listing as soon as possible.
  2. Provide Updates: Keep shippers informed about the status of their shipments and any new travel listings.
  3. Offer Solutions: If shipments are affected, offer solutions such as re-listing your travel or providing alternative arrangements to maintain good relationships with shippers.

By efficiently managing travel re-listing, you can ensure a smooth experience for both yourself and the shippers, maintaining reliability and trust on the AirJIT platform.
