Responsibilities During the Flight

  1. Keep Parcels Secure:

    • Ensure all parcels are safely stored in your luggage
    • Follow airline regulations for luggage storage
    • Keep valuable items close to you
  2. Stay Connected:

    • If in-flight Wi-Fi is available, stay connected to keep your status updated
    • Monitor any notifications or updates from AirJIT

Handling Missing Luggage

If your luggage is lost:

  1. Report Immediately:

    • Inform the airline
    • File a claim with the airline
    • Get documentation of the report
  2. Submit Insurance Claim:

    • If you have travel insurance, make a claim
    • Provide AirJIT with a copy of the claim
    • Note that shippers may need to wait for compensation

Reporting Illegal Items

If illegal items are found in AirJIT parcels:

  1. Report to AirJIT:

    • Immediately report the issue
    • Request legal assistance
    • Provide necessary documentation
  2. Receive Support: AirJIT will:

    • Provide legal assistance
    • Arrange a replacement flight at AirJIT's expense if necessary
    • Help coordinate with authorities if needed
