How to Check the Status of Your Booked Shipments and Orders

Navigating to Your Shipments
To check the status of shipments and orders booked to your trips, log in to your AirJIT account and go to the "Travel" tab. Select the specific travel plan you are interested in. Within this travel plan, choose the trip where you want to check the shipments. Here, you will see a list of all shipments attached to that trip.
Understanding Shipment Statuses
Each shipment or order will be marked with one of the following statuses:
- Collect: The order is being prepared and matched with your trip. The parcel is ready for you to collect.
- In-Transit: The order is currently in transit, meaning you have collected the parcel and are transporting it. This includes the stages where the parcel is in your possession, during flights, and layovers.
- Delivered: The order has been delivered to the recipient's address and confirmed.
- Returned: The order is being returned to the sender at any point during the journey.
- Cancelled: The order has been cancelled before collection.
Viewing Shipment Details and Taking Action
To view detailed information about each shipment, tap on the specific shipment within the trip. This will open up all the details of the shipment, including sender and recipient information, parcel contents, and any special instructions.
If you need to take any actions, such as confirming collection, updating the status, or communicating with the shipper, you can do so from this detailed view. Ensure all actions are promptly updated to keep the shipment statuses accurate and to maintain clear communication with all parties involved.
