How to Check-Out Your AirJIT Trip at the Destination Airport

Ensure a smooth check-out process at your destination

To check-out your trip at the destination airport:

  1. Log In: Access your AirJIT account.
  2. Navigate to My Trips: Select the specific trip you are checking out from.
  3. Tap the Check-Out Button: Located at the bottom of the trip details page.

Taking and Submitting Photos

During the check-out process:

  1. Take Photos:

    • Capture images of your luggage
    • Document any relevant documents
    • Take photos of any damage or issues if present
  2. Submit Check-Out:

    • After taking the required photos
    • Tap on "Submit Check-Out"
    • Ensure all photos are clear and properly uploaded

Reporting Issues During Check-Out

If you encounter any issues:

  1. Tap Report an Issue:

    • Located in the upper right corner of the trip details page
    • Select the appropriate category for your issue
  2. Provide Details: Clearly mention if:

    • Any parcel is missing
    • There were issues with customs clearance
    • Any damage occurred during transit
  3. Contact AirJIT:

    • For any unresolved issues
    • Contact AirJIT for assistance and resolution
    • Follow up on any pending resolutions
