How to Check-In Your AirJIT Trip at the Starting Airport

A guide to ensure a smooth check-in process at the airport

To check-in your trip at the starting airport:

  1. Log In: Access your AirJIT account.
  2. Navigate to My Trips: Select the specific trip you are checking in for.
  3. Tap the Check-In Button: Located at the bottom of the trip details page.

Taking and Submitting Photos​

During the check-in process:

  1. Take Photos: Capture images of your:

    • Luggage
    • Boarding pass
    • Waiting lounge
    • Onboard the airplane

  2. Submit Check-In: After taking the required photos, tap on "Submit Check-In."

  3. Add Photos Anytime: You can add additional photos to your trip even after submitting check-in, provided they are:

    • Taken inside the airport
    • Match the timeline

Reporting Issues During Check-In​

If you encounter any issues:

  1. Tap Report an Issue: Located in the upper right corner of the trip details page.

  2. Provide Details: Clearly mention if:

    • Any parcel is confiscated by authorities
    • Requires additional payment for customs clearance
    • Is confiscated due to illegal content

  3. Contact AirJIT: For illegal content found in AirJIT parcels:

    • Report the issue directly
    • AirJIT will provide the parcel's trail and legal assistance
