What is a Flight?

A flight is a single journey taken by an airplane between two airports. Each flight has a specific departure and arrival point. Sometimes, reaching your destination requires taking more than one flight.

Defining a Trip

A trip includes one or more flights that take you from your starting airport to your destination airport. A trip must have:

  • At least one stopover in a city outside the airport for more than 24 hours with valid accommodation.
  • For one-way trips, there should be no other flight departing from the destination airport within the next 24 hours, and you must have valid accommodation.

You must have the necessary visas, passports, or entry permits to leave the airport.

Understanding Travel

Travel on AirJIT involves the entire journey, which may include one or multiple trips. Travel listings can be one-way trips, return trips, or trips with stops in multiple cities. Each trip consists of flights and accommodations.

Importance of Accurate Listings

Accurately listing your travel on AirJIT is crucial for:

  • Flight Schedule: Enter your flights in the correct order and times.
  • Accommodation: Confirm you have valid places to stay for all stopovers.
  • Travel Documents: Ensure you have the necessary visas, passports, or permits.

To list your travel:

  1. Open the AirJIT app or website.
  2. Tap "List a Travel" on the home tab or use the menu to go to the travel section and click the add button.
  3. Enter your flight details in the correct order and times. AirJIT will automatically organize your journey into trips.
  4. Add your services for each trip, like luggage space and on-demand shopping.

If there are any issues with your trips, you can go back and adjust the flight details to fix them.
