Importance of Travel Documents

Travel documents are essential to verify the authenticity of your journey. These documents must cover all aspects of your trip, from start to destination, including direct, connecting, one-way, return, or multiple city trips. Incomplete documentation may result in your travel listing being refused.

Required Documents

Ensure you have the following documents ready:

  • Flight Booking Confirmation: Proof of all booked flights.
  • Proof of Accommodation: Hotel booking, rental agreement, or address of where you will be staying.
  • Passport, VISA, and Entry Permits: Valid passport, visa, and any required entry permits.
  • Travel Insurance: Insurance covering the entire duration of your trip.

These documents must cover each and every flight in your journey.

Uploading Travel Documents

  1. Create Your Travel Listing: Open the AirJIT app or website and start creating your travel listing.
  2. Add Flights: Enter details for all flights in your trip.
  3. Upload Documents: Once you have added your flights, you will be prompted to upload your travel documents.
    • Flight Booking Confirmation: Upload confirmation for all flights.
    • Proof of Accommodation: Upload proof for all accommodations.
    • Passport, VISA, and Entry Permits: Upload scans of your passport, visa, and any entry permits.
    • Travel Insurance: Upload your travel insurance documents.
  4. Complete Listing: Ensure all documents are uploaded and verified. Complete your travel listing.

These documents will remain part of your trip until it is completed, all parcels are delivered, and you have been paid. After this, the documents will be deleted.

Security and Privacy

Your travel documents are strictly for verification purposes and are only accessible by the AirJIT verification team. They will not be shared with any user, member, or partner of AirJIT unless required by law or in case of policy violations, misconduct, or legal circumstances. If a parcel remains undelivered, the relevant part of your trip's documentation may be shared with the government and the affected party, but only if directly related to your actions.

Responsibilities

  • Travelers: Ensure all required documents are uploaded accurately.
  • AirJIT: Securely manage and verify your documents, ensuring privacy and compliance with regulations.
