Delivering Parcels After Arrival on AirJIT

Efficiently managing parcel delivery after your trip

Delivery Locations and Timing​

There are three primary locations for delivering parcels after arrival:

  1. Airport Location: Deliver the parcel within 8 hours after arrival.
  2. Traveler Accommodation Location: Delivery should occur within 24 hours after arrival, preferably sooner.
  3. Doorstep Delivery: Deliver parcels directly to the recipient's location, often used for shop and carry or shop-on-demand parcels.

Traveler Responsibilities​

  • Timely Delivery: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure the parcel is delivered on time and to the correct location.
  • Communication: Coordinate with the recipient to confirm the delivery details and timing.
  • Verification: Ensure the recipient receives the parcel and confirms its condition.

Parcel Delivery and Documentation​

  • Verification Process: Verify the identity of the recipient and ensure they are the intended recipient.
  • Documentation: Take and upload photos of the parcel's delivery to AirJIT, documenting the recipient and the parcel's condition.
  • Payment for Shop and Carry: If the recipient pays you in cash for shop-and-carry parcels, enter the amount received in the system.
  • Additional Claims: If there are any issues or extra charges, communicate this through the messaging system and document the details for any additional claims.
  1. Log In: Access your AirJIT account.
  2. Navigate to Travel: Go to the "Travel" section.
  3. Select the Trip: Choose the specific travel or trip for which you need to deliver parcels.
  4. Find Booked Shipments: Locate the "Booked Shipments" section.
  5. Select a Shipment: Tap on the shipment where the status is shown as "Deliver."
  6. Upload Photos: Take and upload photos of the parcel and recipient.
  7. Confirm Delivery: Confirm the delivery details, including the recipient's identity and condition of the parcel.
  8. Enter Payment Amount: Enter the amount received if it's a shop-and-carry parcel.
  9. Submit: Submit the information to confirm delivery.

By understanding these steps and responsibilities, travelers can ensure a smooth and efficient parcel delivery process after arrival on AirJIT.
