Listing your travel

How travelers list AirJIT trips: flights, dates, leftover kilograms, meeting points, and optional Host or doorstep preferences before parcels can book.

5 min read · English

Your travel listing is what shippers match against. Accuracy on airports, dates, and leftover kg is more important than sounding flexible. A vague listing attracts parcels you will have to refuse at the terminal.

What to include

  • Each flight number, date, and origin/destination airport city
  • Leftover checked and/or cabin kilograms you are willing to use
  • Maximum dimensions you will accept
  • Handoff style: airport meet, Host, and/or doorstep
  • Whether you offer Shop & Carry

Keep it true to the ticket

List the itinerary on your booking, not a route you “might” add. If you later change flights, update AirJIT immediately (see Managing travel changes).

Capacity discipline

If you accept 8 kg, do not also pack 8 kg of souvenirs. Airlines charge you, not the shipper, when the bag is heavy at check-in. Leave a buffer.
