Travel Statuses

Throughout your journey, each trip will have specific statuses such as booking, on-flight, and delivery. Keeping track of these statuses helps you manage your travel and shipments efficiently.

Making Changes to Your Trip

If you need to make changes to a trip, all uncollected shipments for the current and subsequent trips will be canceled. You will need to re-list your trip after making any changes. This ensures that all information is up to date and accurate.

Flight Check-In and Check-Out

During flight check-in, confirm that all parcels are onboard before departure. Similarly, at check-out, verify that all parcels have arrived. This process ensures accountability and accuracy in handling shipments.

Handling Multiple Trips and Shipments

A single travel journey might include multiple trips, and each trip can have multiple shipments. In some cases, the same shipment might be part of multiple trips. These shipments will be treated as delivered and collected for each subsequent trip to ensure smooth continuity.
