Default Pickup and Drop-off Locations​

By default, your departure and arrival airport locations are chosen for every shipment. This simplifies the initial logistics of your travel.

Adding Accommodation Addresses​

After listing your travel, you can add your accommodation address:

  • Before Departure: For free pickup at your accommodation address.
  • After Arrival: For free drop-off at your accommodation address.

Doorstep Pickup and Delivery​

You can offer doorstep pickup and delivery for extra earnings. This service adds convenience for the shipper and increases your potential earnings.

Shopping on Demand​

For on-demand shopping, you must visit the shipper-specified address to purchase item parcels. This requires coordinating with the shipper for accurate details and timing.

Communicating with the Shipper​

Coordinate with the shipper in advance to confirm timing for parcel handoffs. This ensures both parties are available and prepared.

Inspecting and Documenting Parcels​

When collecting parcels:

  • Unpack and inspect every item to ensure nothing is illegal.
  • Acquire any necessary documentation, such as customs clearance.
  • Take photos of every item for records.

When delivering parcels:

  • Deliver them in the same condition as received.
  • The recipient or shipper will confirm everything is as expected based on photographs and documentation.
