Draft Status

The Draft status indicates that you are in the process of creating your parcel listing. During this stage:

  • Full control over parcel details
  • Can edit all information:
    • Sender and recipient airport cities
    • Weight and dimensions
    • Item descriptions and photos
  • Take time to verify all details
  • Submit when ready to move to Booking

Booking Status

When your parcel enters Booking status:

  • Listing is finalized and awaiting traveler match
  • Can still update:
    • Item descriptions
    • Additional instructions
    • Contact details
  • Cannot modify:
    • Airport cities
    • Parcel weight
    • Monetary amounts
  • Traveler communication may begin

Dispatching Status

In Dispatching status:

  • Parcel is matched with traveler
  • Preparing for handover
  • Can unmatch if needed:
    • Must be 24+ hours before departure
    • No penalty if within timeframe
    • Half refund if less than 24 hours
  • Coordinate pickup/delivery details

Cancellation Status

Understanding cancellation:

  • Available in Draft or Booking status
  • No penalty before matching
  • Standard policies apply after matching
  • Reasons may include:
    • Changes in travel plans
    • Listing errors
    • No traveler match
    • No-shows

  1. In Draft Status:

  2. In Booking Status:

  3. In Dispatching Status:

  4. If Cancelled:
