How to Check Your Shipment Status on AirJIT

A step-by-step guide to tracking your parcel's progress through the AirJIT platform.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Open the AirJIT App or Website:

    • Enter the tracking number on the home page, or
    • Log in to your account and navigate to the Parcels tab from the main menu
  2. Select Your Shipment:

    • Find the parcel you want to check from the list of shipments
    • Each shipment will display its current status at the top of the screen
  3. View Shipment Details:

    • Click on the shipment to open its detailed view
    • Here, you can see the shipment's main status along with a brief tracking line by city

Understanding Shipment Statuses

Main Shipment Statuses:

  • Draft: Your parcel details are being entered but not yet finalized
  • Booking: The parcel is listed and awaiting a match with a traveler
  • Dispatching: The parcel has been booked and is ready for handover
  • In-Transit: The parcel has been dispatched and is with the traveler
  • Delivered: The parcel has been delivered and confirmed
  • Cancelled: The shipment has been cancelled
  • Returned: The parcel is being returned to the sender

Tracking Your Parcel

Step-by-Step Tracking:

  1. Switch to the Tracking Tab:

    • In the shipment's detailed view, switch to the Tracking tab
    • Find the exact location of your parcel and traveler details
  2. View the Tracking Line:

    • See cities your parcel has passed through
    • Check current location and progress
  3. Monitor Status Updates:

    • Real-time updates as your parcel moves
    • Status changes shown immediately (e.g., when handed to traveler)
