  • Dispatch at the Sender's Airport: The shipper hands over the parcel to the traveler at the departure airport
  • Collection at the Recipient's Airport: The traveler delivers the parcel to the recipient at the destination airport

These locations are automatically set when you list your parcel, ensuring a basic level of convenience without needing to add additional addresses.

Schedule and Timing​

Adhering to the correct timing is crucial for smooth parcel handover at airport locations:

  1. Airport Dispatch:

    • No earlier than 8 hours before flight departure
    • Must complete handover before flight departure time
    • Allow sufficient time for security checks

  2. Airport Collection:

    • No later than 8 hours after flight arrival
    • Consider customs clearance time

Shop on Demand Parcels​

For Shop on Demand (Shop and Carry) parcels:

  1. Collection Process:
