Using AirJIT's Tracking Tools​

Track your parcel in real-time using the AirJIT platform. Navigate to the "Track" tab within your parcel details to monitor the parcel's journey and get updates from the traveler.

Confirming Parcel Receipt​

Upon delivery, inspect the parcel for any damages or discrepancies. Confirm receipt through the AirJIT platform by clicking the "Confirm Receipt" button in the parcel details.

Cash on Delivery Option​

If the recipient opts to pay in cash upon delivery, the escrowed amount will be reimbursed to your wallet. Ensure the traveler receives the payment and updates the payment status on AirJIT. If no cash is paid, the escrowed amount will be transferred to the traveler.
