Accessing Shipment Details
To manage your shipment, log in to your AirJIT account and navigate to the "Parcels" tab. Select the specific parcel to view its details, status, and associated traveler's trip.
Updating Shipment Information
If there are any changes to your shipment details, update the information promptly through the platform. Ensure all updates are communicated to the traveler to avoid any confusion.
Handling Issues and Cancellations
If issues arise, such as delays or changes in the delivery schedule, communicate with the traveler through the messaging system. If necessary, you can cancel the shipment, and AirJIT will assist with the process.
