Automatic Matching Process
Once your parcel is listed, AirJIT's algorithm automatically matches it with a nearby traveler based on the shipment route and schedule. This ensures efficient and timely delivery.
Confirming or Unmatching a Traveler
If you are satisfied with the matched traveler, no further action is needed. However, if you want to match with a different traveler, you can unmatch the current one, and AirJIT will find another traveler for you.
Re-listing a Shipment
If a suitable traveler is not found within a reasonable time, your parcel will be canceled, and the escrowed amount will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. You can re-list the same parcel by adjusting the schedule without re-entering all details.
