Messaging Through the AirJIT Platform​

Go to the "Parcels" tab, select your parcel, and view the traveler's trip attached to your shipment. Use the group chat feature to send messages and keep in touch with the traveler.

Viewing Traveler's Trip Details​

After selecting the parcel, you will see three segments at the top: Details, Messages, and Track. Use these tabs to view trip details, send messages, and track your parcel.

Effective Communication Tips​

Regular communication with the traveler ensures smooth handoffs. Discuss pick-up and drop-off logistics, address any concerns, and provide timely updates. Clear and respectful communication helps in building trust and resolving any issues promptly.
