Digital Logistics Assets (DLA)

Un Digital Logistics Asset est une identité native persistante du protocole pour chaque actif physique sur AirJIT — l’objet canonique, pas une ligne d’envoi temporaire.

A Digital Logistics Asset (DLA) is a persistent protocol-native identity for every physical asset participating in the network. It is the canonical object of the AirJIT Protocol — not a throwaway shipment ID that dies when a courier label expires.

Why persistence matters

  • Immutable asset history across handoffs and jurisdictions
  • Unique ownership and custody references
  • Consistent hooks for booking, insurance, and J1USD settlement
  • Interoperability across carriers and Hosts without renaming the asset

Without DLAs

Each logistics system invents its own identifiers. Reconciliation becomes the product. With DLAs, operational systems stay independent while referring to the same protocol object.

In the traveler network

A listed parcel is the consumer-visible DLA. Photos, weight, contents, and each collect/deliver event accumulate on that identity so a multi-leg hop through a Host is still one asset, not three disconnected tickets.
