What to upload
- Airline booking confirmation or boarding pass with your name, dates, and flight numbers
- Identity document requested by verification (passport for many international routes)
- Visa or electronic travel authorization when the corridor asks
How to add them
- Open Account → Verification or the prompt on your trip.
- Photograph the full page or PDF screenshot with readable text.
- Match the name to your AirJIT profile.
- Attach docs to the correct trip when the app offers a trip-level upload.
- Wait for status. Do not accept parcels on a still-rejected itinerary.
Privacy
Upload inside the app. Do not send passport images to a shipper’s personal chat. If someone asks for that, report them.
