In AirJIT, a trip is the journey you offer to the network. Flights are the scheduled segments inside that trip. Parcels match segments: a shipper going A → C should not silently sit on your B → C ticket.

Build the itinerary first

1. Create a trip (one-way, return, or multi-city).
2. Add each flight with number, date, and airport cities.
3. Set leftover kg per leg if capacity differs (souvenirs on the way home).
4. Publish when the ticket is real.

Why this structure exists

Matching, Hosts, and J1USD holds attach to specific hops. A messy itinerary creates the wrong match and a painful dispute. Spend the extra minute on legs.
