Once your parcel listing is live, the app surfaces compatible trips. Booking is deliberate: you pick a trip, both sides accept, and J1USD locks.
Steps
- Open your parcel and view suggested travelers or trips.
- Compare dates, airports, available kg, ratings or verification badges, and Host involvement.
- Open the trip detail. Read any traveler conditions (cabin only, no liquids, Host drop only).
- Confirm you can meet the collect window — or that a Host will.
- Confirm the booking in-app and complete the J1USD hold.
- Use the new shipment thread to finalize the exact meeting point.
If nobody suitable appears
- Widen dates if your deadline allows
- Check that airport cities are the major hubs travelers actually fly
- Reduce weight or split into two listings only if that is physically true
- Wait for a multi-leg path rather than forcing a stranger off-app
Shop & Carry bookings
If the traveler must purchase the item, agree the shop, receipt rules, and value in the booking flow. The commercial amount stays in the same protection model until you confirm delivery.
