Governance lets the network evolve: parameters, upgrades, and resource allocation. JIT is the governance asset. J1USD remains neutral from voting power so settlement volume cannot quietly buy constitutional control.

Hosts in governance

Tokenomics reserves 10% of original JIT mint as Governance (Hosts). Operators who lock JIT to open corridors are economically inside the same asset used to vote. That is alignment, not a claim that every Host automatically controls protocol upgrades.
