What shippers and travelers typically provide
- Government identity that matches the profile name
- A live selfie or liveness check when requested
- Travelers: booking or boarding evidence for listed flights, plus passport or travel ID where the route requires it
- A reachable phone number for time-sensitive handoff changes
How to complete it
- Open Account or Verification in the app.
- Photograph documents on a flat surface with all four corners visible.
- Use the same name across identity, tickets, and AirJIT profile.
- Wait for the in-app status. Do not create a second account to bypass a pending review.
Hosts are different
