Three separations

• Coordination from settlement — routing intelligence is not payment finality in J1USD
• Execution from implementation — PAEE transitions are independent of a vendor’s app or chain SDK
• Governance from constitution — day-to-day JIT votes cannot casually rewrite foundational rules

What this prevents

Enterprises can integrate execution events without adopting a specific chain. Validators secure state without intermediating commercial invoices. AI systems propose routes without silently rewriting custody. Hosts can densify last-mile without becoming the settlement issuer.

Matching suggestions in the AirJIT app are coordination. Confirming delivery and releasing J1USD is settlement. Photographing a handoff is evidence toward an execution event. Keeping those distinct is how disputes stay reviewable.
