Troubleshooting on Mobile Devices

    • Ensure that notifications are enabled for the AirJIT app in your device's settings. On Android, go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > AirJIT > Notifications. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > AirJIT and verify that notifications are allowed.
  2. Ensure App Permissions Are Enabled:

    • Check that the AirJIT app has the necessary permissions to send notifications. This includes permissions for accessing the internet, background data, and push notifications.
  3. Update the App:

    • Ensure that you're using the latest version of the AirJIT app. Updates often include bug fixes that can resolve notification issues. Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to check for updates.
  4. Check Do Not Disturb Mode:

    • Make sure that Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled on your device, as this can prevent notifications from appearing.
