Your profile picture is a crucial part of your identity on AirJIT. It helps other users recognize you during parcel handoffs, meetings, or interactions on the platform. A clear and appropriate profile picture can enhance trust and make your profile more approachable, whether you're a shipper, traveler, or both.
Recommended Profile Picture Guidelines
- Use a Clear Face Picture: We recommend using a clear, well-lit face picture to help others easily identify you.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure your image complies with AirJIT's policies. Avoid using inappropriate or offensive images.
- Alternative Options: While a face picture is ideal, you can also upload a business logo or another image that represents you, as long as it aligns with AirJIT's guidelines.
Steps to Upload or Change Your Profile Picture
- Access Your Profile Settings: Log in to your AirJIT account and go to your account tab. Select "Profile Information" to access your profile settings.
- Choose a Picture: Click on the profile picture section. You can either upload a new picture from your device's gallery or take a new photo using your device's camera.
- Upload and Save: After selecting your desired image, click "Upload" and then save the changes. Your new profile picture will now be visible on your profile card.
