What is T-PIN?

T-PIN (Transaction PIN) is a 4-digit security code required to authorize outgoing transactions such as withdrawals and payments. This extra layer of security ensures only authorized transactions are processed.

Where can you find your T-PIN? The T-PIN is not visible anywhere for security reasons. If forgotten, it must be reset following the steps below.

When You Need to Set a T-PIN

  • First-Time Wallet Activation
  • Resetting a Forgotten T-PIN

  • Re-Activating Your Wallet (If your verification document expires or gets revoked, you must complete verification again and set a new T-PIN.)
