Overview

Your AirJIT Wallet records all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, staking, escrow releases, and payments. Knowing how to read and manage your transactions helps ensure better financial tracking and quick resolution of issues.

Viewing Recent Transactions

  1. Go to the Wallet Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the Recent Transactions section.
  3. Click "View All Transactions" to see your complete transaction history.

Understanding Transaction Details

Click on a transaction to view details such as:

  • Transaction Type: Deposit, Withdrawal, Staking, Escrow Release, etc.
  • Amount: The total JIT or equivalent value involved.
  • Network Fee: Applicable gas fees for blockchain transactions.
  • Exchange Fee: If applicable, for converting assets.
  • Transaction ID: A unique reference number for blockchain verification.
  • Status: Pending, Completed, Failed.
  • Timestamp: Date and time the transaction was processed.

Filtering and Searching Transactions

  1. Click "View All Transactions."
  2. Use filters to search by transaction type, date range, or status.
  3. Use the search bar to enter a transaction ID or amount for quick lookup.

Common Transaction Labels & Statuses

Transaction Labels

  • Deposit: Adding funds to your wallet.
  • Withdrawal: Transferring funds out of your wallet.
  • Shipment Payment: Payment made for shipment services.
  • Travel Earnings: Earnings received for carrying shipments while traveling.
  • Host Earnings: Earnings received by an AirJIT Host for facilitating shipments.
  • Staking Rewards: Rewards earned from staking JIT tokens.
  • Escrow Release: Funds released from escrow after a successful shipment or service.

Common Statuses

  • Pending: The transaction is being processed.
  • Completed: The transaction was successfully processed.
  • Failed: The transaction was not successful (check error details).
  • Refunded: The transaction was reversed, and funds returned.

Troubleshooting Transaction Issues

  • Transaction Not Showing? Refresh the page or check the blockchain explorer using the transaction ID.
  • Delayed Transactions? Network congestion may slow down processing; wait for confirmation.
  • Failed Transactions? Ensure the recipient address is correct and you have sufficient balance.
  • Unexpected Fees? Review network and exchange fees before confirming transactions.
