Overview

Withdrawing funds from your AirJIT Wallet allows you to send assets to an external Web3 wallet, exchange account, or bank account. Before withdrawing, ensure you have set up your T-PIN and completed identity verification if required.

You can withdraw funds in:

• JIT Tokens (Direct withdrawal to a Web3 or exchange wallet)
• Cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, MATIC, AVAX, OP, etc.)
• Fiat Currency (Bank transfer)

Withdraw JIT Tokens

1. Go to the Wallet Dashboard.
2. Click "Withdraw" and select JIT as the withdrawal option.
3. Enter the recipient wallet address.
4. Review the withdrawal amount and confirm the network fee.
5. Enter your T-PIN for security verification.
6. Click "Confirm" to process the transaction.
7. Funds will be sent to the recipient address (Processing time: Instant to 30 minutes).

Withdraw Cryptocurrencies

1. Go to the Wallet Dashboard.
2. Click "Withdraw" and select Cryptocurrency.
3. Choose a supported withdrawal token (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, MATIC, AVAX, OP, etc.).
4. Enter the recipient wallet address and select the correct network.
5. Review the withdrawal details, including network fees and conversion rates.
6. Enter your T-PIN to authorize the transaction.
7. Click "Confirm", and the funds will be sent (Processing time: 5-30 minutes).

Withdraw to a Bank Account

1. Go to the Wallet Dashboard.
2. Click "Withdraw" and select Bank Transfer.
3. Enter the bank details (Account number, Bank Name, Country, Currency).
4. Review the withdrawal amount and applicable exchange rate.
5. Enter your T-PIN to confirm.
6. Click "Submit", and funds will be sent to your bank (Processing time: 1-5 business days).

Withdrawal Confirmation & Receipt

• Once your withdrawal is processed, a confirmation receipt will be available in your transaction history.
• The receipt will include:
  • Withdrawal Amount
  • Network/Bank Processing Fee
  • Exchange Fee (if applicable)
  • Final Amount Received

Important Notes & Troubleshooting

• Network Fees: Crypto withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain gas fees.
• Processing Time:
  • JIT & Crypto Withdrawals: Instant to 30 minutes
  • Bank Transfers: 1-5 business days, depending on bank policies.
• Incorrect Wallet Address? Crypto withdrawals cannot be reversed. Ensure the recipient address is correct.
• Bank Transfer Delays? Check with your bank to confirm processing times.
• KYC Requirement: Large withdrawals may require additional identity verification.
