Why Email Verification is Important
Verifying your email on AirJIT is crucial for account security and communication. It ensures that you receive important notifications about your shipments, travel, and account activity. Without a verified email, you may not be able to fully access all AirJIT features.
Steps to Verify Your Email
- Sign-Up Process: During sign-up, AirJIT will send a verification code to the email address you provided.
- Check Your Inbox: Look for the email containing the 6-digit verification code. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Enter the Verification Code: Input the 6-digit code in the verification field on AirJIT to confirm your email address.
Updating Your Email Address
- Access Your Account Tab: Go to the account tab and select "Personal Information."
- Update Email: You can update your email address here if necessary. After updating, a new verification code will be sent to the new email.
- Verify New Email: Enter the verification code sent to the new email to complete the update. Only this updated email will be used for logging in to your AirJIT account.
Troubleshooting Email Verification Issues
