Why Phone Number Verification is Important​

Verifying your phone number on AirJIT enhances account security and ensures you receive important SMS notifications about your shipments, travel, and account activity. It also serves as a recovery option if you lose access to your email.

Steps to Add or Update Your Phone Number​

  1. Access Your Account Tab: Go to your account tab and select "Personal Information."
  2. Add or Update Phone Number: If you haven't added a phone number yet, you can enter it here. If you already have one, you can update it to a new number.
  3. Receive Verification Code: After entering your phone number, AirJIT will send a 6-digit verification code via SMS.
  4. Enter the Code: Input the verification code on the AirJIT platform to confirm your phone number.

Troubleshooting Phone Verification Issues​

  • No Verification Code Received: Ensure your phone number is correct and that you have a stable network connection. If necessary, request a new code.
  • Code Not Working: Verify that you entered the code correctly. If the issue persists, restart your phone and try again or contact AirJIT support.
