Why Request a Copy of Your Account Information?​

Before permanently deleting your AirJIT account, you may want to request a copy of your account information. This allows you to retain a record of your account activity, including past shipments, travels, reviews, and any other interactions you've had on the platform. Once your account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

What Information Can Be Retrieved?​

When you request a copy of your account information, the following data can typically be included:

  • Profile Information: Your personal details, such as name, email address, and contact information.
  • Account Activity: A history of your shipments, travels, and interactions with other users.
  • Reviews and Ratings: All reviews and ratings you've received or given on the platform.
  • Payment History: Details of transactions, including payments made and received.

How to Request a Copy of Your Data​

  1. Log in to Your AirJIT Account: Start by logging in to your AirJIT account.
  2. Access Account Settings: Navigate to the "Account Security" section under your account settings.
  3. Select Data Request Option: Find the option labeled "Request Account Data" or "Download My Data."
  4. Choose Data to Include: You may be able to select specific data categories you want to include in your request.
  5. Submit Request: After making your selections, submit your request. AirJIT will begin processing your data.
  6. Receive Your Data: Once your request is processed, you'll receive an email with a link to download your account information. This process may take some time, depending on the amount of data.

Important Considerations​

  • Data Processing Time: Depending on the volume of data, it may take several days for AirJIT to compile and send your account information.
  • Data Security: Ensure that the downloaded data is stored securely, as it may contain sensitive information.
