Why It's Important to Log Out of Devices

Logging out of devices you're not actively using is a crucial step in protecting your AirJIT account. This practice prevents unauthorized access, especially if you've logged in from shared or public devices. It also ensures that if your device is lost or stolen, your account remains secure.

How to Check Logged-In Devices on AirJIT

AirJIT allows you to view all the devices where your account is currently logged in. This feature helps you monitor your account activity and identify any unfamiliar or unauthorized logins.

  1. Access Login and Security: Navigate to the "Login and Security" section under your account settings.
  2. View Logged-In Devices: Here, you'll see a list of devices that have access to your AirJIT account, along with the date and time of the last login.

Steps to Log Out of Devices

  1. Review Devices: Go through the list of logged-in devices. Identify any devices that you no longer use or do not recognize.
  2. Log Out of Individual Devices: Next to each device, you'll have the option to log out. Click "Log Out" next to any device you want to remove from your account.
  3. Log Out of All Devices: For added security, you can choose to log out of all devices at once. This is particularly useful if you suspect your account has been compromised or if you've lost your device.
    • Confirm Action: You'll be prompted to confirm this action. Once confirmed, all devices will be logged out except for the one you're currently using.

Best Practices After Logging Out

  • Change Your Password: After logging out of all devices, consider changing your password to ensure that no one else can regain access.
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Make sure 2FA is enabled for additional security, requiring a verification code in addition to your password for future logins.
  • Regularly Monitor Login Activity: Periodically check the "Login and Security" section to stay informed about where and when your account is accessed.
