When You Need to Sign Up
You can explore the AirJIT website and app without creating an account. However, to ship a parcel or list your travel, you'll need to sign up or log in. You can start the sign-up process in three main ways:
- While Listing a Travel: If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to create an account.
- While Shipping a Parcel: Similar to travel, you'll be asked to sign up if you're not already logged in.
- Account Tab: You can also directly create an account by clicking the "Create Account" button at the top of the account tab.
Creating Your Account: Step-by-Step
- Enter Your Email: Start by providing an email address that is not already registered with AirJIT. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to this email.
- Verify Your Email: On the next screen, enter the 6-digit verification code to confirm your email address.
- Provide Personal Information: After verification, you'll be asked to enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and a password that is at least 8 characters long and alphanumeric.
- Agree to Terms: By clicking the "Create Account" or "Sign-Up" button, you agree to AirJIT's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Finalize Your Account: Once you tap the "Create Account" button, your account will be created. You can reset your password, change your email, and add a phone number for recovery later.
Signing Up with Google or Apple Accounts
You can also sign up using your Google or Apple account. In this case, your personal information will be automatically collected, and no email verification is required. Simply follow the prompts to connect your Google or Apple account, and your AirJIT account will be created instantly.
